The Digital & Content Assistant is expected to:
- Generate copy for marketing campaigns
- Work with creative and SEO colleagues on banners, tiles, and other graphics to support campaigns
- Coordinate emails, social posts, and digital ads
- Track and report email performance
- Optimize messaging for more effective conversion rates
- Conduct light research on industry trends and issues
- Expand knowledge of digital marketing through classes, webinars, and conventions
Successful individuals in this role are creative but understand that Marketing is meant to drive business. They embrace A/B testing and tracking performance. They are self-competitive. There is room to grow and advance in this role.
