Member Services Agent - Temp to Hire (J/O # 5114) - M-F/8-5, $12.00hr. Local company is seeking a candidate to fill their Member Services Agent position. Ideal candidate must have good phone etiquette as well as good communication skills.  These positions will be contacting potential Customers, marketing exclusive (membership oriented) vacation resort properties.  Duties also include interacting with members via telephone to address members' inquiries and concerns as well as assisting members with making reservations for different locations.

 Member Services Agent


Job Summary:
•Interact with members via telephone to address members' inquiries and concerns.
•Possess the ability to assist members with making reservations for different locations.


Essential Functions:
•Interact with customers courteously and professionally while providing information
•Respond to customer inquiries within a timely manner
•Maintain and update records
•Other duties as assigned

•Good phone skills, communication skills, listening skills, data entry skills, excellent customer service, ability to multi-task

Required Education/Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1-2 years customer service experience
